A simple breath could ease the pain of dialysis needles

Summary

This study is testing if simple, guided breathing exercises can help people feel less pain and anxiety when getting needles inserted for their dialysis treatment. It will involve 90 patients who regularly receive dialysis. Participants will be randomly assigned to try one of two breathing techniques or to receive their usual care during the needle insertion.
