First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study compares two breathing devices—the Breather and the incentive spirometer—to see which better reduces breathlessness, improves lung function, and boosts quality of life in people with mild to moderate COPD. Eighty adults aged 45 to 65 will use one of the devices and be tracked with questionnaires and walking tests. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to ease daily breathing struggles.
