Breath test could revolutionize lung cancer screening

Summary
This study is testing a new breath test to see if it can find early signs of lung cancer as well as low-dose CT scans. Researchers will collect breath samples from 3,200 current or former smokers aged 55-74 who are at high risk. If successful, this cheap and easy test could be used anywhere to catch lung cancer sooner and save lives.
