Summary
This study tested a new, noninvasive method called SAVE that uses ultrasound to measure the stiffness of breast lumps. Researchers aimed to see if it can tell benign from malignant masses without a biopsy. The study involved 266 women with breast lesions and compared SAVE results to standard pathology reports.
