Summary
This study is testing if a new treatment plan can safely replace chemotherapy for a specific group of early breast cancer patients. It will compare the standard chemotherapy approach against a combination of a targeted pill and hormone therapy. The goal is to see if the new, chemo-free plan works just as well at keeping cancer from coming back over five years, while avoiding the harsh side effects of chemotherapy.
