Summary
This large study is testing if a new treatment approach can work as well as chemotherapy for a specific group of early breast cancer patients. It will compare a targeted pill (dalpiciclib) plus hormone therapy directly against standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if patients can avoid chemotherapy's harsh side effects while still getting excellent long-term results.
