Summary

This study is for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), a fast-growing type that is hard to treat. Researchers want to see if adding a new immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) to standard first-line chemotherapy helps control the cancer for longer than chemotherapy alone. The trial will also test if a specific tumor test (BRCA1-like) can predict which patients benefit most from certain chemotherapy types.
