New study tests if care plans boost Well-Being for breast cancer survivors

Summary
This study looks at whether a personalized survivorship care plan can improve quality of life for breast cancer survivors. About 100 women in Southern California who have finished active treatment will take part. Researchers want to see if having a care plan reduces stress and helps survivors follow healthy habits.
