Summary
This study is testing whether certain breast cancer patients who respond extremely well to initial drug therapy can safely avoid surgery or radiation. It includes 120 adults with specific breast cancer types (HER2-positive, triple-negative, or ER-positive/HER2-negative). Doctors use advanced imaging and biopsies to confirm no cancer remains before skipping standard treatments. The goal is to reduce unnecessary procedures while keeping cancer from coming back.
