First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new radioactive tracer called FTT for PET scans in 30 people with known or suspected breast cancer. The tracer aims to highlight a protein called PARP-1 in tumors, which may help doctors see cancer more clearly and track how well treatment is working. Participants will have scans before surgery or therapy, and some may have a second scan after starting treatment.
