Summary
This study looks at how body weight (BMI) influences the amount of the drug Trastuzumab-Deruxtecan (T-DXd) in the blood and its side effects in people with advanced breast cancer. Researchers will compare normal-weight and overweight/obese patients to see if drug exposure differs. The goal is to better understand how to personalize dosing for better safety and effectiveness.
