Summary

This study looks at whether being overweight or obese changes how much of the drug Trastuzumab-Deruxtecan (T-DXd) stays in the body and how it affects side effects in people with advanced breast cancer. Researchers will compare drug levels and side effects between normal-weight and overweight/obese patients over the first three treatment cycles. The goal is to better understand how body size might influence treatment outcomes.
