Researchers investigate if cancer drugs work differently for elderly patients
NCT ID NCT07399808
Summary
This study aims to better understand how older women with breast cancer respond to a specific class of drugs called CDK4/6 inhibitors. Researchers will observe 100 patients in real-world settings to compare side effects, treatment changes, and survival outcomes between women aged 70+ and younger patients. The goal is to gather evidence to improve treatment guidelines for the elderly, who are often underrepresented in cancer research.
