First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding two drugs (entinostat and anlotinib) to the standard hormone therapy fulvestrant can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth in people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). The trial enrolls 118 adults whose cancer returned or worsened after prior hormone therapy. Participants receive either the two-drug or three-drug combination, and doctors monitor tumor response every 8 weeks.
