Summary
This early-stage trial tested a new combination of oral and injectable drugs for people with advanced HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that had progressed after hormone therapy. The main goals were to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the treatment could shrink tumors and delay cancer growth. The study was terminated early and only enrolled 8 participants.
