Summary
This early-stage trial tested a new combination of oral and injectable drugs for people with advanced HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that had worsened after hormone therapy. The main goals were to find the safest and most effective dose of the new drug TQB3912 when given with standard hormone-blocking injections, and to see if adding another drug, TQB3616, helped. The study was terminated early after enrolling only 8 participants.
