Summary

This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of two oral drugs, vepdegestrant and samuraciclib, taken together daily. It is for adults with a specific type of advanced or spreading breast cancer that is no longer responding to standard hormonal therapies. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer's growth.
