New drug duo tested for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of two oral drugs, vepdegestrant and samuraciclib, taken together for advanced breast cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard treatments. It aims to see if this combination can help control the cancer. The study involves a small group of adults with a specific type of breast cancer (ER+/HER2-).
