Summary
This study tests a new drug combination for women with a specific type of breast cancer (ER-positive, HER2-positive) before they have surgery. The goal is to see if using targeted drugs instead of chemotherapy can shrink or eliminate the tumor. About 42 women with stage II or III breast cancer will receive the treatment and be monitored for side effects and long-term outcomes.
