NCT ID NCT04923542

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a targeted drug called abemaciclib to precise radiation treatment can better control breast cancer that has spread to the brain. It is for people with a specific type of breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative) who have a limited number of brain tumors. The main goal is to see how long the treatment can keep the cancer in the brain from getting worse.
