Summary

This study looks at whether taking short breaks from sitting to do aerobic or sprint cycling can lower blood sugar, insulin, and inflammation in healthy overweight adults. Sixteen inactive participants will be monitored for 7 hours after a meal. The goal is to find which type of exercise break works best for fat burning and reducing heart disease risk.
