First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking short breaks from sitting to do aerobic or sprint cycling can lower blood sugar, insulin, and inflammation in healthy overweight adults. The goal is to find which type of exercise break helps the body burn more fat and reduce heart disease risk markers.
