Summary
This study looks for the smallest amount of movement needed to improve blood pressure and blood sugar when you break up long periods of sitting. Researchers will test different frequencies and lengths of activity breaks in 324 adults over 8-hour sessions. The goal is to create simple, effective guidelines for everyone to reduce heart disease risk.
