Summary

This study looks at how common BRCA1/2 gene mutations are in people with high-risk early breast cancer that is HER2-negative. It also tracks what treatments they receive and how they do over time. About 625 adults in Russia who have already had surgery will take part, and no new treatments are given—only information is collected.
