Summary
This study tests whether a drug called ulinastatin can lower the chance of having a stroke after brain tumor surgery. Strokes, including ones that are hard to notice, are common after these operations. The trial will give 1,370 patients either ulinastatin or a placebo before and after surgery to see if it helps protect the brain.
