Summary
This study tests a new brain-training method to reduce the return of fear in healthy adults. Participants learn to control a brain connection linked to memory while inside an MRI scanner. The goal is to see if this training can weaken the spontaneous return of fear after it has been extinguished. The study involves 40 adults aged 18-50 with no psychiatric or neurological conditions.
