Summary

This study compares two brain training programs for adults with long-lasting brain fog after a viral illness, including ME/CFS or post-COVID. Thirty participants will do about 30 hours of online training over 2-4 weeks, plus three in-person visits for blood tests and brain scans. The goal is to see which program better improves thinking speed and daily activities.
