Scientists test if syncing brains with your doctor eases chronic pain

NCT ID NCT06157866

Summary

This study is testing a new non-drug therapy for fibromyalgia pain. Researchers want to see if a combination of brain training exercises and acupuncture can improve pain relief by helping patients and clinicians get 'in sync.' They will use special brain scans to measure this connection in 100 adults with fibromyalgia.
