Summary
This study uses a special brain scan (PET) to measure the density of connections between brain cells in people with cocaine use disorder compared to healthy volunteers. Researchers want to understand how cocaine changes the brain's wiring. About 80 adults aged 21-60 will participate. No treatment is given; this is an observational study to learn more about addiction.
