Brain study reveals how we learn from experience

NCT ID NCT07454785

First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at how the brain learns from past experiences and uses that knowledge in new situations. Researchers will monitor brain activity in 114 adults with hard-to-treat epilepsy who are already undergoing brain monitoring. The goal is to understand the process of abstraction, not to treat the disease.
