Scientists scan brains to unlock secrets of restoring sight after stroke
NCT ID NCT07134777
Summary
This study aims to understand how the brain changes when people with vision loss from a stroke do visual training exercises. Researchers will use MRI brain scans to see which areas are damaged and how the remaining healthy parts of the brain respond before and after training. The goal is to learn more about how vision might be restored, not to provide a direct treatment.
