Zapping the brain to relearn walking after stroke

Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive magnetic stimulation to the brain can help people who had a stroke more than six months ago improve their walking, balance, and leg movement. Participants will receive either the real stimulation or a fake version, followed by physical therapy, to see if it helps. Researchers will also use brain scans to understand how the treatment might help the brain rewire itself.
