Summary
This study looks at whether a non-invasive brain stimulation method called continuous theta burst stimulation can help people with generalized anxiety disorder. Sixty adults will be randomly assigned to receive either real or sham (fake) stimulation to two brain areas over seven days. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety symptoms and brain activity using questionnaires and MRI scans.
