Summary

This study looks at brain activity related to speech in people with Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, or dystonia. Participants are already scheduled for deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery. Researchers will record brain signals during speech tasks to better understand how the brain controls speaking and hearing. This is an observational study, not a treatment.
