Summary

This study enrolls 500 people with signs of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD), a condition affecting tiny blood vessels in the brain. Participants undergo genetic testing and MRI scans to see if their disease is inherited. Researchers will track strokes, dementia, and other outcomes for at least 2 years to better understand how these diseases progress.
