Summary
This study watches 30 older adults (65+) having lung surgery with one-lung breathing. It measures brain oxygen during surgery and checks thinking and pain afterward. The goal is to see if low brain oxygen is linked to memory problems or worse pain, helping doctors improve care for seniors.
