First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study uses advanced MRI scans to see how chemotherapy changes the brain in women aged 65 and older with early-stage breast cancer. Researchers will compare brain images and thinking tests taken before and after treatment. The goal is to better understand why some older patients experience memory or thinking problems after chemo, which could lead to better support in the future.
