Brain boost: new study tests cognitive care for cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether early visits with a neuropsychologist can help people with cancer that has spread to the brain maintain their quality of life after radiation therapy. About 110 adults with stage IV solid tumors and brain metastases will receive neuropsychological evaluation and support alongside standard care. The goal is to see if this approach helps protect thinking skills and overall well-being.
