First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This pilot study tested an online educational program called the Brain Health Support Program (BHSP) designed to teach people about dementia and how to lower their risk through lifestyle changes like diet, exercise, and social connection. Twenty adults with mild memory concerns or a family history of dementia took part to see if the program was easy to use and helpful. The goal was to gather feedback and check if the program works well before testing it in a larger group.
