First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether combining computer-based brain training with aerobic exercise can improve brain function in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), a condition that often leads to Alzheimer's. Researchers will measure changes in brain structure, blood flow, and thinking skills after 12 weeks of training. The goal is to gather information to design a larger future trial aimed at preventing dementia.
