Summary
This study aims to learn more about how brain disorders like Parkinson's disease and various dementias progress over time. Researchers will follow 500 adults who have symptoms suggesting a brain disorder, checking in with them yearly. Participants will undergo brain scans, memory tests, and provide blood samples to help scientists connect symptoms with changes in the brain.
