Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether delivering immunotherapy drugs directly into the spinal fluid, along with standard intravenous treatment, is safe and effective for patients with advanced lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to the lining of the brain. The trial involves 26 participants and aims to find the right dose while checking if this approach helps control cancer growth in the brain and body.
