Pilot trial aims to make surgery safer for High-Risk kidney patients

Summary
This study is testing if two common, low-cost drugs can safely reduce dangerous bleeding during surgery for people with severe kidney disease. It will enroll 100 patients with advanced kidney problems who are having non-heart surgery. The main goal is to see if running a larger global trial is feasible and to gather early safety and effectiveness data.
