Nasal spray shows promise for Hard-to-Treat depression

Summary

This study tests an experimental nasal spray called BPL-003, given with psychological support, to see if it is safe and can help people with treatment resistant depression. About 64 adults who have not gotten better with at least two prior depression treatments will receive one or two doses. The main goal is to check for side effects and measure changes in mood.
