Summary
This study tested a special laser device to treat an enlarged prostate (BPH) in 20 men who were already scheduled for surgery. The laser was used to vaporize extra prostate tissue, and the researchers measured how long it took and how much tissue was removed. They also tracked side effects like bleeding, trouble urinating, and sexual function for 3 months after the procedure.
