New laser zaps away prostate problems in minutes

This study tested a special laser to treat an enlarged prostate (BPH) in 20 men who needed surgery. The laser was used to vaporize extra prostate tissue, and the men were followed for 3 months to see how well it worked and if there were side effects. The goal was to find out if this laser is a safe and effective way to ease symptoms like trouble urinating.
