Summary
This study tested a special laser fiber to treat an enlarged prostate in 20 men who were already scheduled for surgery. The goal was to see how quickly and safely the laser could remove extra prostate tissue. Participants were followed for 3 months after the procedure to check for side effects and changes in prostate size.
