Double attack on migraines: botox plus nerve block shows promise

Summary
This study tests whether combining Botox injections with a nerve block can better reduce chronic migraine headaches than either treatment alone. About 90 adults with frequent migraines will receive one or both treatments. The goal is to cut headache days in half and improve daily life.
