Summary

This study looks at whether injecting botulinum toxin-A (like Botox) into the bladder can help children under 18 who have trouble urinating or wet the bed at night and haven't gotten better with standard treatments. The goal is to see if it improves symptoms and to track any side effects. The study is currently recruiting 64 participants.
