Botox shot may stop leaky bladder in women

Summary

This study tests whether injecting Botox into the bladder muscle can reduce urine leakage in women with stress urinary incontinence. About 20 women who have not improved with other treatments will receive the injection and be monitored for changes in leakage and side effects. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective.
