First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new approach for women with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer that has already been treated with standard chemotherapy. The study uses bortezomib first to make cancer cells more vulnerable, then gives pembrolizumab and cisplatin to attack the tumor. About 20 participants will be closely monitored to see if the tumors shrink or stop growing.
